Northbridge Digital expands its Nottingham engineering team

2 September 2026

Northbridge Digital will add fifteen roles across engineering, delivery and security over the next twelve months, all based at the company's Nottingham office. The roles are a mixture of senior and mid-level, with two apprenticeship places reserved for candidates without a degree.

Every vacancy will be advertised with a published salary band and a written interview process, continuing the approach the company adopted in 2024. Hybrid working continues at two days a week in the office.

Every client project now ships with an accessibility statement

18 August 2026

From this quarter, every delivery engagement includes a WCAG 2.2 AA conformance review and a published accessibility statement, at no additional cost to the client. The review is carried out inside the delivery cycle rather than as a final gate.

The change formalises what had been standard practice on most projects. Making it contractual removes the conversation about whether it is in scope.

Cyber Essentials Plus certification renewed

11 June 2026

The company has completed its annual Cyber Essentials Plus assessment. The scope covers all corporate devices, the cloud services we use internally, and the environments from which we deliver client work.

Certification is a floor rather than a ceiling, and we publish our scope so that clients can see what it does and does not cover. Client production environments are covered by the client's own certification, not ours.
